HELP AND SUPPORT
When I have called an automated service which requests me to press certain
digits, there is no response.
The dial mode may be set to "PULSE" instead of "TONE". Change it to the cor-
rect mode as described on page 56.
The phone system isn’t responding
You may need to reset to default settings. Please see page 33.
Callers identification (Call Line ID) isn’t working
1. Check you have this service on your phone line. Please call your
network provider.
2. The caller may have withheld their phone number.
My phone doesn’t ring
Check that the ringer is on. See pages 29.
There is interference in the earpiece and/or internet connection is very slow
when using the phone
You must plug the phone into the wall socket via an ADSL lter if you have
broadband internet on your phone line.
