Control Features – Enova DGX 100 Series
Each Enova DGX enclosure contains an integrated NetLinx NX Master (for NetLinx NX specific Master functionality, see the list at the
bottom of this page; for an explanation of the functionality, see page 24). Each enclosure includes a front control panel for an
added level of convenience. Several additional control options are available. Multiple control methods can be used on the same
system.
Integrated NetLinx NX Master (NetLinx NX Controller) with control via the System Configuration interface; server (public
LAN) connection through the LAN 100/1000 port on the CPU
Compatible with a number of AMX control devices (for NetLinx control programming information, see page 181 and the
manual for the specific AMX control device)
Front control panel (standard on all enclosures)
Select AMX NetLinx SEND_COMMANDs are supported
Supports AxLink control of connected devices
Supports AMX’s simple BCS (Basic Control Structure)* serial control protocol
Supports DGX_SHELL commands via terminal session
Supports DGX_SHELL and BCS commands over Telnet
Supports integrated Master Telnet commands
Supports third-party controllers
* BCS commands are sent as ASCII characters through the Control (RS-232) port.
