10. TX7+机床电源要求 TX7+ Machine Power
Requirements
ANCA 磨床电力电缆的运行和终止应由客户方完成。
It is the customer’s responsibility to run and terminate the power cable
to the ANCA grinder.
TX7+要求三相电力和接地。应从右手边的电器箱顶部进入主隔离器。电器箱顶部入
口处设有一顶盖。
The TX7+ requires 3-phase power and earth. Access to the mains
isolator is from the top of the electrical cabinet on the right hand side.
There is a cover plate for access in the top of the electrical cabinet.
三相电力供应必须互相平衡，并且必须达到以下要求。电力供应可按照以下所列：
The 3-phase supply must be equally balanced and must not deviate
from the requirements below. The power supply can be of the following
voltages:
200 伏 (72 安培), 220 伏(65 安培), 380 伏(40 安培), 415 伏 (35 安培), 440 伏(33 安培),
460 伏(31 安培), 480 伏(30 安培)
200V ( 72 Amps), 220V (65 Amps), 380V (40 Amps), 415V (35
Amps), 440V (33 Amps), 460V (31 Amps), 480V (30 Amps)
以上电压的最低电力要求如下：
The minimum power requirement of the above voltages is as follows:
• 25 千伏安（包括磨床和上料机）25KVA (includes grinder and loader)
• 电流＝25000 / (线电压 x 1.732) Current = 25000 / (Line voltage x
1.732)
• 最大电压波动 +/- 5% Maximum voltage fluctuation : +/- 5%
• 最大相间波动 5%Maximum line to line fluctuation : 5%
• 频率 50－60 赫兹 +/- 5%Frequency 50 – 60 Hz : +/- 5%
如果供电不能在以上误差范围内保持恒定，则必须安装变压器和/或功率调节器。
If the supply does not remain constant to the above tolerances a
transformer and/or a power conditioner must be installed.
注意 1NOTE 1:
切勿将机床主电力与任何产生噪音的设备（如电焊机等）的电力源相连接。
Do not connect this machine's main power to any power source that is
shared by noise generating equipment. (Welders etc.)
