On the process of welding or cutting, there will be possibility of injury, so please take protection into consideration during operation. For more details please review the
Operator Safety Guide, which complies with the preventive requirements of the manufacturer.
Electric shock-----May lead to death ! !
• Set the earth fitting according to applying standard.
• Forbidden to touch the bare electric parts and electrode with uncovered skin, wet gloves or clothes.
• Make sure you are insulated from the ground and the workshop.
• Make sure you are in safe position.
Gases and fumes-----May be harmful to health!
• Keep your head out of the gases and fumes.
• When arc welding, ventilators or air extractors should be used to avoid breathing gases.
Arc rays------Harmful to your eyes, burn your skin.
• Wear suitable protective mask, light filter and protective garment to protect eyes and body.
• Prepare suitable protective mask or curtain to protect looker-on.
Fire
• Welding spark may cause fire, make sure there is no tinder stuff around the welding area.
Noise-----Excessive noises will be harmful to hearing.
• Use ear protector or others means to protect ear.
• Warn looker-on that noise is harmful to hearing.
Malfunction-----When trouble happens, contact with authorized professionals.
• If trouble happens during installation and operation, please follow this manual instruction to check up.
• If you fail to fully understand the manual, or fail to solve the problem with the instruction, you should contact the suppliers or the service center for professional help.
WARNING! Electric leakage protecting switch should be added when using the machine ! ! !

Questions and Answers

Why is it difficult to ignite the arc and easy to break the arc on my ANDELI Welding System?
    • C
      Christopher RiosAug 23, 2025
If you're finding it difficult to ignite the arc and it's easy to break the arc with your ANDELI Welding System, it could be related to the tungsten electrode. A poor-quality tungsten electrode might not have the necessary discharge capacity, so ensure you're using a good quality tungsten. Also, a tungsten electrode that hasn't been sharpened is less likely to arc and can cause arc instability.

    Mary GonzalezAug 26, 2025
Why is the solder joint black when using my ANDELI Welding System?
    • A
      Adam MurphyAug 26, 2025
If the solder joint turns black when using your ANDELI Welding System, it could be due to oxidation from inadequate protection. Ensure the argon cylinder valve is open and has sufficient pressure; refill the cylinder if the pressure is below 0.5MPa. Also, verify that the argon flow is on and adequate. While you can adjust the flow rate based on the welding current, ensure it's never below 3 l/min to maintain sufficient shielding gas coverage. Check for gas flow from the torch nozzle manually and inspect the torch's gas path for blockages. Poor sealing in the gas path or low gas purity can also cause this issue. Strong air flow in the environment may also affect welding quality.

What to do if the power indicator doesn't light up and there's no welding output from my ANDELI MCT-520DPL?
    • L
      lauramooreAug 28, 2025
If the power indicator on your ANDELI Welding System doesn't light up, the fan doesn't turn, and there's no welding output, the power switch may be broken. Confirm that the power grid connected to the input cable has power and check the input cable for any breaks.

What should I do if the fan turns, the abnormal indicator light is off, there's no high-frequency sound, and arc welding won't start on my ANDELI Welding System?
    • J
      Jennifer BellAug 30, 2025
If the fan turns, the abnormal indicator light is not bright, there is no high-frequency discharge "sa sa sa" sound, and the "arc welding" can not start the arc on your ANDELI Welding System, the voltage of the positive and negative poles of the VH-07 plug-in of the multimeter to the MOS board should be about DC308V. If the auxiliary power supply on the MOS board has a green indicator light, and if the light is not on, the auxiliary power supply is not working. Look for the fault point or contact the dealer. Also check the poor connection of various patch cords in the machine, control circuit problems, and if the control line on the welding torch is broken.

    Jennifer WrightSep 2, 2025
Why is there no welding output from my ANDELI Welding System even though there's a high-frequency sound?
    • K
      kellykarlSep 2, 2025
If the abnormal indicator light is not lit, there is a high-frequency discharge "sa sa sa" sound, and no welding output from your ANDELI Welding System, it could be due to a broken welding gun cable. Also, the ground wire may be broken or not connected to the welded workpiece. Another possibility is that the positive output terminal or the welding torch gas output terminal is loose from the connection inside the machine.

What to do if LIFT TIG welding works, but there's no high-frequency sound and the abnormal light is off on my ANDELI Welding System?
    • M
      Michael YoungSep 4, 2025
If the abnormal indicator light is not lit, there is no high-frequency discharge "sa sa sa" sound, and "LIFT TIG welding" can start arc on your ANDELI Welding System, retighten the primary line of the arcing transformer if it has poor contact with the power board. If the discharge nozzle is oxidized or the distance is remote, treat the surface oxide film of the discharge nozzle or adjust the distance of the discharge nozzle to 1 mm. The individual components of the high-frequency arc-ignition circuit may be damaged, and the replacement found.

    Dustin SmithSep 7, 2025
Why doesn't the output current reach the rated value on my ANDELI MCT-520DPL Welding System?
    • S
      Sandra MooreSep 7, 2025
If the output current of your ANDELI Welding System doesn't reach the rated value, it could be because the supply voltage deviates from the rated value, causing the output current to be inconsistent with the set value.
  • A
    Ariel DavisSep 9, 2025
Why can't the current be kept stable during the use of the ANDELI MCT-520DPL Welding System?
    • J
      Joshua StewartSep 9, 2025
If the current cannot be kept stable during the use of the ANDELI welder, the grid voltage may be changing. Serious interference from the power grid or other electrical equipment may also be a factor.

    Karen RichardsSep 12, 2025
How to prevent the tungsten needle from burning seriously on my ANDELI Welding System?
    • S
      Samantha RiggsSep 12, 2025
If the tungsten needle is burnt seriously on your ANDELI Welding System, it means that the duty cycle is adjusted too much, so you should reduce the duty cycle.
  • P
    Patricia MosesSep 14, 2025
Why can't I break the oxide film when welding aluminum with my ANDELI Welding System?
    • M
      Mr. Christopher HallSep 15, 2025
If you can not break the oxide film when welding aluminum with your ANDELI Welding System, the welding gear selection may be incorrect, the duty cycle adjustment may be too small, or the secondary inverter has field tube damage.
