3. Slip appropriate wire under each screw and tighten the screw down
on it.
4. When switching inductive loads (relays, contactors, motors, or
valves), be sure to install metal oxide varistors across the coil of the
device being switched.

Wiring Analog Outputs—Voltage
The outputs are on the upper right side of the SCX 920. All output wires
should enter from the right.
You wire the outputs for voltage as follows:
1. Slip the appropriate wire under the V screw and tighten the screw
down on it.
Figure 11 illustrates the wiring for voltage outputs.
2. Slip the ground wire under the GND screw and tighten the screw
down on it.
