• Do not idle pump operation. Idle operation can cause pump failure
Job 1 Check that ball valve (for air) is closed
Job 2
Check that ball valve (for drain) is
closed
Job 3
Send supply air (0.15 ～ 0.7MPa) to
pump
Job 4 Open ball valve (for drain)
Job 5
Open ball valve (for air) and check
that pump operates.
Job 6
Tighten handle set of fluid regulator
toward “high” side.
Job 7 Close ball valve (for air) and check
that pump stops.
