■6. Preparation for painting
6-1. Cleaning pump
• When you use the product for the first time after purchasing it, clean the inside pump with
cleaning liquid (3~4 liters). Use without cleaning can cause painting failure due to rust
preventives inside pump.
･ When cleaning, stop atomizing air of spray gun so that you can easily check cleaning liquid
coming out of gun without splashing it.
Job 1
Put cleaning liquid (3~4 liters) into container
(please prepare on your side), and put
intake hose set and drain hose set.
Job 2 Open ball valve (for drain).
Job 3 Open ball valve (for air) and operate pump.
Job 4 Tighten handle set of fluid regulator toward
“high” side.
Job 5 Check that air and cleaning liquid come
from drain hose set.
Job 6 Close ball valve (for drain)
Job 7
Pull trigger of spray gun till air does
not mix into cleaning liquid.
Job 8
When clean cleaning liquid comes out
from gun, lift up intake hose set from
container and operate pump till
cleaning liquid does not come out from
gun.
