1. Place dough in hopper.
2. Turn on the dough extrusion system to test, the thickness of extruded
dough pipe and adjust it to proper thickness, then turn it off. If the
extruded dough pipe is not straight, please refer to the trouble shooting
“3-a” or “3-b” to adjust.
3. Turn the forming mold set back to its position.
E. Turn on the water cooling system. (Turn off when stop producing)
Check fluid level indicating light. If the indicator is light, add water referring
to steps 24.
If filling can not be extruded out fluently, open the wing bolt at the
middle of the pump base (During stuffing is running), to exhaust the
air. Then close it until filling can be extruded well.
