Q7. What should I do if I forget my password?
A: If you forgot the new password created by yourself or the default
password couldn’t work, please refer to follow steps.
Step1. Please capture a picture of the date show on the NVR and send it
to our support E-mail (support@anran-cctv.com).
Step2. We will generate a password when we get your mail, and send
the new password to you.
Step3. Please enter the new password and click Login. Then the system
will reboot and the password will revert to the default state.
