TROUBLESHOOTING
The troubleshooting guide is used to identify the causes of common problems and how they can be
rectied. Contact the retailer if the problem cannot be rectied with the help of the troubleshooting
guide.

dehumidier
does not work
No power.
Plug the plug into a power point that is supplied
with power and start the dehumidier.
The status light for full water
tank ashes.
Empty and replace the water tank. Check that
tank is correctly in place.
Ambient temperature lower
than 5°C or higher than
35°C.
The dehumidier switches o automatically if
the ambient temperature is too low or too high.

starts, but
does not work
eectively
Blocked air lter. Clean the lter according to the instructions.
Blocked air inlet or outlet. Clear the air inlet/outlet.

not taking in air
Blocked air lter. Clean the air lter.
Noise
The dehumidier is not
