To charge the battery, open the cap (3) on the char-
ging socket (4) and connect the plug (5) from the charger.

To remove the carrier battery from the bicycle, first open the lock by turing
the key counterclockwise (1.), then push the battery out of its case (2.).
After the battery is assembled into the case again it need to be locked with
the key (turning the key clockwise) that the battery could not fall out during
riding (also for theft deterrence).
