Configuration Examples
CONFIGURATION #1 :
To configure the Rosetta 800 to function as an A/D and D/A converter for an AES digital device,
make the FRONT PANEL SELECTIONS and REAR PANEL CONNECTIONS as follows:
FRONT PANEL SELECTIONS
Select “ANALOG”
as SOURCE TO DIGITAL OUTS
Select “AES”
as SOURCE TO DIGITAL OUTS
REAR PANEL CONNECTIONS
ANALOG IN
From mixing console
or other analog source
ANALOG OUT
To monitor system
AES IN/OUT
from/to AES device
ie. CD burner, DAT machine,
hard disk recorder, etc.
