- study the relevant Technical bulletins and Service Information of Apollo and the
propeller and motor manufacturers,
- adhere to the points in 9.4 Component Replacement Schedule section of this
chapter.
9.3.3 Accomplishing the Inspection
When accomplishing the Periodic Inspection the authorized person control the
preparing inspection of the owner while following the points of the form and validate
it if found appropriate.
9.3.4 Schedule of Inspections and Maintenances
100 hours or yearly inspection:
Preparation: by the Owner
Execution: within every 100 hours or within one year. The condition counts being fulfilled
earlier
Accomplishment: by Contact Points of Apollo
The aircraft is not needed to be dismantled
400 hours or 4 years inspection:
Execution: within every 400 hours or within 4 year. The condition counts being fulfilled
earlier.
Partial dismantling of the aircraft is needed. Sail is to be removed. Full tubing inspection is
needed.
Accomplishment: only by Apollo or by its deputy. Special workshop is needed licensed for
maintaining WSC aircrafts.
1200 hours or 12-year overhaul.
Execution, preparation, dismantling, sail removal, tubing, workshop:
as for 400 hours inspection.
After this inspection only Apollo has the right to elongate the flying time of the aircraft. The
elongation maximum is 400 hours or 4 years. When this elongation is getting exceeded
another overhaul is to be executed. To define the duration of the elongation is the duty
and responsibility of Apollo and depends on the condition of the aircraft.
10.4 Component Replacement Schedule
In the table below „Lifspan” means a duration which having been exceeded the
relevant component is to be removed and replaced by a new one from the Factory.
Once a component has been removed it can be inserted to none of the aircrafts
being intended to fly.
If in the table the „On condition” is, it means that the component is operated
according to its condition and is to be replaced only if after surveying it the inspector
qualify the component to be airworthy.
