38 Chapter 3 Using Your iMac
To replace the battery:
1 Open the battery compartment by pressing the button with a small object, as
described in the illustration above.
2 Pull the battery compartment out and remove the battery.
3 Insert the replacement battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
4 Close the battery compartment.
