| TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubles are assessed and investigated below. If simple treatment cannot eliminate them,
please do not disassemble and repair the appliance without authorization in order to avoid
danger or damage to the appliance.
• When the appliance is ltering the water, the water pump may make noise during opera-
tion. Please do not hesitate to use the appliance.
• If a problem occurs during use, please read the following troubleshooting methods. If the
problem cannot be solved, please contact aqua-global.
PROBLEM REASON DESCRIPTION
No water or little

The lter element is blocked If the angle valve is open and the hoses are not
kinked, disconnect the water supply and contact
aqua-global.
The drinking water has not enough pressure
The angle valve is closed
The hoses are kinked
The lter element
indicator ashes
The service life of the lter element expires The lter element indicator ashing red means
that you have to replace the lters.
The appliance has gone into timeout mode The indicator at the reset button ashing red
means that the appliance has entered timeout
mode and needs to be switched on again.
