Fix list:
21069: Some DD+/True HD/Atmos streams cause audio artefacts with stereo downmix.
21098: Test tones may not start if there is no incoming audio after playing an Atmos stream.
21100: Audio can be lost if test tones started while playing Atmos stream.
21101: Audio can be lost while adding/removing speakers while playing audio.
21122: DTS ES Discrete 3/3.1 displayed as 3/2.1.
21123: If playing from USB, display USB instead of NET.
21124: Speaker types cannot be set to “none” over RS232.
21125: Audio can be lost if switching stream between DTS HD MA & Atmos.
21127: NET input incorrectly showed incoming stream as analogue.
21128: Channels 13-16 could give no output if set to sub out with some speaker configs.
21129: When using analogue inputs, channel count incorrectly shown.
21130: Unit could go into auto-standby while playing Airplay streams.
21135: Dolby volume (pop up key on remote) leave blank grey banner on OSD.
