3.6 機器之歸零校正 Initial setting
機器安裝後要校正頭部與工作台的垂直度，有兩個方法:
To set a milling head square to the table two methods are available.
(1) 用一大的 90角尺放在工作台上。以此校正頭部的校準面，如上圖。
Using a large90setsquare mounted on the table, align faces with square.
(2) 用百分錶裝在主軸端面上，以 4½”半徑之圓轉動，如上圖。校正後每個
螺栓零鎖緊。
An indicator mounted in a spindle nose traveling in a 4½” radius. It is
important that each axis is set separately and locked.
