8.6 調整楔調整 Gib strip adjustment
(1) 工作台鞍座滑道 Table saddle ways
u 清除所有的切削屑
Remove all swarf from area.
u 移動工作台時，順時針轉動工作台調
整楔調整螺絲，直到感覺輕微阻力即
可
Turn the table gib screw clock, wise
while moving the table until slight
drag is felt.
(2) 鞍座、昇降座滑道 Saddle knee ways
u 清除所有切削屑
Remove all swarf from area.
u 拆下擋屑板和刮刷片
Remove chip wiper guards and wiper
u 移動鞍座時，順時針轉動調整楔螺
絲，直到感覺輕微阻力為止
Turn gib adjusting screw clockwise
while moving the saddle until slight
drag is felt.
u 重裝上擋屑板與刮刷片
Ensure chip wiper plate and wiper are
replaced.
