4. We strongly recommend avoiding contact with water. The
watch is not to be used in wet environments, e.g. when
bathing, swimming, showering, diving, etc. The watch is not
water resistant and water may damage the interior. Attention
must also be paid to hot (warm) water, steam, etc., as it may
(due to wear and tear of the casing, mechanical damage or
microscopic cracks in the seal) seep into the watch and cause
damage. Wipe the watch thoroughly if it has come into
contact with water. Damage by water or steam is not covered
by warranty.
5. You have stopped receiving incoming calls or SMS
notications: check that the watch is paired with your phone
and the notications are allowed in the app [Notications (Fig.
3)] and in the settings of your phone, and that the do-not-
disturb mode has not been activated in the app. Make sure
Bluetooth is on in your phone. Do not pair the watch via the
phone’s Bluetooth menu.
6. The watch cannot be paired with a phone – possible
solutions:
▪ make sure the watch and phone are charged sufciently
▪ check that your phone has GPS and Bluetooth on and the
phone settings allow location tracking for the app
▪ place the watch and the phone next to each other
▪ check the system updates in your phone
▪ uninstall and re-install the app
▪ restart your phone andturn the watch off and on again
▪ make sure your phone meets the HW/SW criteria (Android
5.1+, iOS 9.0+, Bluetooth 5.0+)
7. The sensor light is blinking – measurement or data transfer is
in progress.
8. The sensor light blinks even when the watch is not being worn
– it is not a flaw.
9. To ensure the correct function of the watch, it is
recommended that it be restarted or reset occasionally and,
where available, that rmware be updated in the app. Make
sure you always have the most recent version of the app.
10. Always charge the watch for no more than 2 hours (at no
more than 5 V). Improper charging reduces the capacity and
useful life of the battery. Battery life depends on the ambient
