Noise Generator is

fourth signal generator

2600,
and the
only
one
that generates
non-periodic output voltages. Familiarize
yourself with
its
controls;
the
level
control has a
perfectly
obvious
func-
tion,
and so,
audibly, does
the color control at its
left.

provided

information on
the noise generator
in
section
4
and will not
repeat it here.

for
introducing
it
here

aside from
simply physically getting
you
acquainted
with
its
two
control sliders—
simply
to
provide a
logical
sound source through
which to

NG-Filter
input

wide
open—
nine-tenths

generator
