2.3.9 Procedure preferences can be added to individual surgeon preferences. On the surgeon
management list, select a surgeon, and a list of procedures will appear
2.3.10 Select the appropriate Procedure for the Surgeon. If the procedure is not currently in the list,
select the “Create New Procedure” from the Procedures drop down list, and enter the name of
the new procedure.
