1.4.13 Activation of Power Changeover Circuit

NOTE: The power changeover circuit contains a 3V lithium
battery. At any interruption in the
ordinary +5V supply, both the RAM and real-time clock will be supplied by the battery
so that they retain their data.

Current consumption, RAM and real-time clock:
• 3 V battery: typical 2 µA, max 40 µA
Battery life (battery connected):
• 5 V not connected: typical 7 years, min. 0.5 years
• 5 V connected: minimum 10 years
Battery life (battery not connected):
• min. 10 years
