The rinse-aid helps
drying and prevents
drops of water from clin-
ging to utensils after was-
hing. The rinse-aid contai-
ner is located on the
inside of the door, next to
the detergent container.
It has a 4-position dispen-
ser for adjusting the
amount of rinse-aid to the
water quality (the dispen-
ser is set at position 2 at
the factory).
If you notice drops of
water on utensils, increa-
se the position of the rin-
se-aid dispenser. If the
utensils have white or stic-
ky lines, lower the posi-
tion.

Once the level of the
dispenser has been
set, fill the container
to the top, but do not
overfill it. If this oc-
curs, clean the spilla-
ge with a cloth.

IMPORTANT
A greater amount of rinse-aid does not
necessarily mean better results. In fact,
too much rinse-aid can lead to water
marks.
When do I need to
add rinse-aid?
The dishwasher tells you
when you need to add
more rinse-aid.
Depending on the model,
there are two types of
indicator: window or pilot
light.
A pilot light on the front of
the dishwasher indicates
when the rinse-aid contai-
ner needs to be topped
up.
WINDOW PILOT LIGHT
EMPTY FULL
Transparent window next
to the rinse-aid container
lid. If the bottom of the
window is a light colour,
you need to add rinse-
aid. If it is dark, there is
sufficient rinse-aid in the
container.
