BMC Nework Conguration
Enter to congure BMC Network parameters.
Conguration Address Source
Select to congure BMC network parameters statically or dynamically(by BIOS or BMC).
Conguration options: [Unspecied], [Static] or [Dynamic].
Unspecied: BMC network parameters are congured by BMC itself.
Static: Manually enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask and Gateway Address in the BIOS for
BMC LAN channel conguration.
Dynamic: IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway Address are automatically assigned by
the network's DHCP server.
To configure BMC network parameters using the BIOS setup, select either [Static] or
[Dynamic] option.
To congure BMC network parameters using the BMC web interface, select [Unspecied]
option.
When [Dynamic] or [Static] is selected, do NOT modify the BMC network settings on the
IPMI web page.
