Mounting

Installation of the escape door locking system 352M with screw-on housing

1 Prepare the door frame profile. ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH

recommends using one-rivet nuts to fit the mounting bracket.

2 Screw the mounting bracket onto the door frame profile.

3 Drill the hole for the escape door locking system 352M cable inlet.

4 Screw the escape door locking system 352M to the mounting bracket in the

cover.

5 Screw the cover onto the mounting bracket.

 You have installed the escape door locking system 352M with screw-on

housing.

Mounting the striking plate with the screw-on casing

1 Prepare the door leaf profile. ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH recom-

mends using one-rivet nuts to fit the mounting bracket.

2 Screw the mounting bracket onto the door leaf profile.

3 Mount the striking plate with screws and fixing plates. If necessary, you will

need to place the supplied spacer plates beneath to ensure the correct

distance between the locking element and the striking plate. The fixing

plates are used to fix the striking plate into position.

4 Screw the cover onto the mounting bracket.

 You have fitted the striking plate with the screw-on casing.
