      If your Astralpool Heat Pump isn't starting, begin by ensuring the power to the heater is on and the pump is running. If the pump isn't running, start it. Check for any leaks or issues with the non-return valve if the pump is airlocked. Also, verify the filter is clean and the pump strainer basket isn't clogged. If the heater control is defective, shut off the electrical supply and call for service. Ensure the thermostat is on and set to the correct setpoint, adjusting the set temperature as needed based on the water temperature. If a fault condition is displayed due to the water being too hot, refer to the fault indication table.
