What to do if USB devices are not responding on ATEN CS1784?

If your USB devices are not responding with the ATEN Switch, the USB ports might need a reset. Try unplugging the USB cable from the port on the switch's rear panel and plugging it back in. Also, ensure your PC or OS supports USB 2.0, as the CS1784 has a built-in USB 2.0 hub and won't support older systems. If your OS does not support USB 2.0, you can reset keyboard and mouse functions using the [F1] hotkey.
