Probable Cause Remedy
Ambient temperature is below
1°C or above 40°C.
Move instrument to
temperature in the range.
Thermistor damaged. Call ATI for service.
Probe nozzle obstructed. Move the probe to an area free
of obstructions that could
prevent flow through the
instrument.
Error E3 – Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) Inoperable
Probable Cause Remedy
No voltage to PMT Call ATI for service.
Scattering chamber dirty or
contaminated.
Call ATI for service.
