Before startup
With the generator already leveled, check the
engine oil level and refill if necessary. The oil
level shall be close, but without exceeding the
upper mark of the engine oil dip stick.
Check the coolant fluid level in the expansion
tank of the engine cooling system.If necessary,
add coolant fluid.
Drain all the coolant fluid and sediments
existing in the fuel pre-filter.
Check the fuel level and refill if necessary. It is
recommended to fill the container at the end
of a work day to prevent the condensation of
coolant fluid vapor that occurs in a nearly
empty reservoir.
Check the air filter vacuum indicator.If the red
portion is totally visible, replace the filter
element.
Depress the air filter vacuum valve to remove
the dust.
Make sure that the generator does no show
leakages, and check the tightness of wire
terminals, etc. Correct, if necessary.
Check if F10 fuse is not activated and if the
emergency stop is in the DEACTIVATED
position.
Check if the load is disconnected.
Check if Q1 circuit breaker is disconnected.
Check if the ground fault protection (N13)
has not tripped (connect again, if necessary.
