The ATMOR Instant Water Heater, available in New, Lotus, and Basic models, is designed to provide hot water instantly while conserving energy. Its operation is based on a pressure switch that activates the heating element when water flows through the unit.

Function Description:

The device heats water on demand, eliminating the need for a storage tank. It incorporates a multi-pole switch, terminal block, thermostat, microswitch, and heating elements to control and execute the heating process. Some models also feature LED lights and a pressure switch. The unit is designed for both sink and shower applications, with specific installation guidelines for each.

The heaters are available in various power ratings, from 3.0kW to 9.5kW, catering to different heating needs and electrical setups.

Electrical Requirements:

Cable Size: Recommended cable sizes vary from 2.5mm² for lower power models (3.0kW) up to 10mm² for higher power models (9.5kW).
Fuse Rating: Corresponding fuse ratings range from 16amps to 45amps.
Phase Configuration: Available in one-phase (230V) and two-phase (400V) configurations, with specific models for 127V in Latin America.
Grounding: The appliance must be properly grounded.
Circuit Protection: It is recommended to incorporate a Residual Current Device (ELCB) in the circuit.

Operating Pressure: The unit requires a minimum water pressure of 0.3 bar (4 PSI) and can operate up to 7 BAR (100 PSI).

Usage Features:

Installation:

Professional Installation: Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Water Pipeline: Water pipeline installation must be completed and checked for leaks prior to heater installation.
Mounting: The appliance must be installed horizontally, with the water supply coming from the left side. For shower units, it should be installed above a person's height.
Cable Entry: Offers top-left, top-right, and bottom-left cable entry options.
Water Entry/Outlet: Features bottom-left water entry. The water outlet should always be left open, as the operating principle relies on an open outlet. Only supplied outlet accessories should be used.

Operation:

Activation: The unit activates automatically by opening the water faucet and shuts off when the water supply is closed.
Temperature Control: To achieve hot water, open the faucet slowly until the rocker switch lights turn "ON." Wait 15-20 seconds for hot water to flow. For colder water, increase water inflow; for hotter water, decrease water inflow.
Heating Position Selector:
- 0 - Shut Off
- 1 - Low (left light on)
- 2 - Medium (right light on)
- 3 - High (both lights on)
Shower Head Settings: The shower head allows for adjusting the spray pattern by twisting it. Interchangeable operating rings (Winter Set Rings) are provided to optimize efficiency based on the season (summer or winter position). An additional ring set is supplied for head set 1.
Sink Unit Settings: For sink units, open rings are recommended for summer, and blind rings for winter (the inner ring should always remain open).

Safety:

Supervision: Use by young children or infirm persons without supervision is forbidden.
Grounding: The appliance must be grounded.
Main Switch: The main electric switch should be separated from the unit.
