Explosion hazard when used in potentially explosive atmospheres!
Risk of death or serious injury.
Do NOT use adapter for power tool emergency operation in potentially explosive atmosphere.
Prior to use, ensure absence of gas.
The maximum permissible power tool torque amounts to 200 rpm.
Observe operating parameters in table overleaf!
1. Perform visual inspection for fault-free condition of the power tool square.
2. Press push button manually to the stop. Handwheel operation is activated. The square head will snap back once
released.
3. Place power tool on adapter and start power tool operation. Respect the max. permissible axial force.
Damage to the actuator, the parts in the power drive or the valve due to excessive input
torque at square head!
The maximum permissible power tool torque amounts to 200 rpm.
Make sure the "4VK" manual drive with support bearing at the actuator.
Observe operating parameters in table overleaf!
Damage at the motor coupling due to faulty operation!
Engage power tool operation only during motor standstill.
Engage manual drive and operate actuator with power tool
Electrostatic charging
Highly efficient charge generating processes (processes more efficient than manual friction) on the device surface must
be excluded at any time, since they will lead to propagating brush discharges and therefore to ignition of a potentially
explosive atmosphere.
