      The breaking of the balls in your Automator Industrial Equipment may be due to poor lubrication of moving parts or prolonged use at maximum power with a thicker spring. Replace the broken balls by loosening the upper sleeve and removing it from the lower sleeve. Polish, wash, and lubricate the hammer, tube guide, and bearing sleeve to restore their original condition. It is suggested to replace the bearing sleeve after the second instance of ball breakage. Avoid using the unit at its performance limits.
