7 MACHINE DISMANTLING OR STOCKING
If the operator must ensure the integrity of the unit once decommissioning and reassembled at another location, you
must follow the instructions below
Disconnect the marking system from the power company
Carry out routine maintenance, and possibly in relation to the repeat unit downtime
Ie.. lubricate the pinion shaft (key 26) of the lever (key 35)
lubricate the mechanism through the opening and stop cap (Ref. 12)
lubricate the rack outside
lubricating grease the lever
Store the unit in a dry place, away from moisture and rust
If the unit has to be dismantled, it is mandatory to respect the national laws on waste.
In particular, the materials used for the manufacturing of the unit are not dangerous for the environment or for the
human health.
To dismantle the machine , the Operator has to consider the following materials :
aluminium
plastic
steel
iron
pneumatic
