The warranty will not apply if:
A. The complete product is not supplied to the retailer together with the original, dated receipt
and the warranty book stamped by the retailer,
B. The defect is caused by incorrect use or maintenance contrary to the instrucons outlined in
the user’s manual,
C. Any repairs have been carried out by third party repairers,
D. There is discolouraon or fabric damage or watermarks caused by inappropriate washing or
damage caused by direct sunlight (UV) or normal wear and tear,
E. The client mechanically damaged (caused the wear, tear or crack) one of the elements i.e plasc
parts, cover or harness belts,
F. The defect is a result of an accident or travel due to improper installaon, placing heavy load
on top of the product, or by shung vehicle’s door,
G. Pilling appears on the fabric, which is a result of the normal wear and tear,
H. The ECE quality mark and the serial number have been removed or damaged,
I. There is normal wear and tear of the parts, harness, cover, etc. which is a result of the normal
regular use of the product,
J. There are defects, wear and tear or damage to the seat, car seats or seat belts. These are
possible to appear as a result of the recommended safety norms or the required force
necessary to install the car seat in a vehicle. The manufacturer therefore shall not be held
responsible for all of the above,
K. There is fading due to the length of use, washing or direct sunlight (UV)
This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the consumer, resulng from non-
compliance with the agreement, as provided for by law in the country of the consumer. These
terms and condions are in accordance with European Direcve 99/44/EC of 25 May 1999.
