To import system data,
1. On the product’s web page, choose [Import/Export].
2. Choose the system data you want to import. Choice: Address Book, Filing Profile,
Settings (Device Management, Account Management, Mail Server/LDAP Server,
E-Mail Default, Filing Default).
3. On the Importing option, choose [Browse] to locate the system data which you
have been previously exported.
4. Choose [Import Now] to start importing the system data to your machine. The
current system data will be overwritten.
