  If your Axis Car Receiver has no sound in one channel, first check the balance control to ensure it's properly adjusted. If the issue persists, the speaker wire or speaker may be damaged. Try reversing the left and right channel speaker leads; if there's still no sound from the other side, inspect or replace the speaker wire. If there's no sound from either side after reversing the leads, replace both speakers.

  If your Axis Car Receiver has no sound or power, check that all the power and speaker leads are securely connected. Also, a blown fuse could be the cause; replace it with a fuse of the same amperage.

  If the CD sound quality on your Axis Car Receiver is poor, the disc may be damaged or dirty, or the lens may need cleaning. Try a different disc. Clean the disc with a soft cloth. If that doesn't work, insert a quality lens cleaning disc.
