Sometimestheimagesizeislargeduetolowlightorcomplexscenery.Adjustingthemaximumframesizehelpstocontrolthe
bandwidthandstorageusedbytheMotionJPEGvideostreaminthesesituations.SettingtheframesizetotheDefaultsetting
providesconsistentlygoodimagequalityattheexpenseofincreasedbandwidthandstorageusageinlowlight.Limitingtheframe
sizeoptimizesbandwidthandstorageusage,butmaygivepoorimagequality.Topreventincreasedbandwidthandstorageusage,
themaximumframesizeshouldbesettoanoptimalvalue.

TheVideo>CameraSettingspageprovidesaccesstoadvancedimagesettingsfortheAxisproduct.
CaptureMode
CapturemodedenesthemaximumresolutionandmaximumframerateavailableintheAxisproduct.Acapturemodewithalarge
maximumresolutionhasareducedmaximumframerateandviceversa.Thecapturemodesettingalsoaffectsthecamera’sangleof
viewastheeffectivesizeoftheimagesensordiffersbetweencapturemodes.
Capturemodeissetthersttimetheproductisaccessed.SelectthedesiredcapturemodeandclickOK.

Changingcapturemodewhentheproducthasbeenconguredisnotrecommendedasmostothersettingswillbeeither

IncreasingtheColorlevelincreasesthecolorsaturation.Thevalue100givesmaximumcolorsaturationandthevalue0gives
minimumcolorsaturation.
TheimageBrightnesscanbeadjustedintherange0–100,whereahighervalueproducesabrighterimage.
