1.InsertanSDcardintheAxisproduct,orgotoSetup>SystemOptions>StorageintheAxisproduct’swebpagesand
conguretheproducttouseanetworkshare.
2.Optionally,gotoSetup>Video>StreamProlesandcreateastreamproletouseforrecording.
3.GotoSetup>Events>ActionRulesandclickAddtocreateanewactionrule.
4.FromtheTriggerdrop-downlist,selectApplicationsandthenselectVMD3.
5.Congureothersettingsasrequired.Forexample,toonlyrecordvideoduringcertaintimeperiods,selectaSchedule.
6.UnderActions,selectRecordVideofromtheTypedrop-downlist.
7.Selectthestreamproleandstoragedevicetouseandcongurethepre-andpost-triggertimes.
8.MakesurethattheruleisenabledandthenclickOK.
