ofcehours.Useoneofthepredenedschedulesorcreateanewscheduleasdescribedbelow.

2.Enteradescriptivenameandtheinformationneededforadaily,weekly,monthlyoryearlyschedule.
3.ClickOK.
TousethescheduleinanActionRule,selecttheschedulefromtheScheduledrop-downlistintheActionRuleSetuppage.

RecurrencesareusedtotriggerActionRulesrepeatedly,forexampleevery5minutesoreveryhour.
