TheAxisproductcanbeconguredtoperformactionswhendifferenteventsoccur,forexample,startarecordingwhenmotionis
detected.ThesetofconditionsthatdeneshowandwhentheactionistriggerediscalledanActionRule.

thecameratoaspecicpresetpositionwhentheproductisstarted.

-Disruption–Triggertheruleifstorageproblemsaredetected,forexampleifthestoragedeviceisunavailable,
removed,full,lockedorifotherreadorwriteproblemsoccur.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendmaintenance
notications.
-Recording–TriggerstherulewhentheAxisproductrecordstothestoragedevice.Therecordingstatustrigger
canbeusedtonotifytheoperator,forexamplebyashingLEDlights,iftheproducthasstartedorstoppedto
recordtothestoragedevice.Notethat,thistriggercanbeusedonlyforedgestoragerecordingstatus.
