Z-WaveGroup
ThedetectorsupportseitheroneoftwoZ-WaveAssociationGroups:
Group1:Associationwith1controllernode.
Group2:Associationwith4nodes(i.e.enddevicessuchassmartplugsandotherlightingcontrollers).Thisallowsthedetectorto
transfercommandsdirectlytoenddeviceswithouttheparticipationofthecontroller.Thishastheeffectthatwhenthedetector
triggers,alldevicesassociatedwithdetectorwillbeoperated.
Note
Association-groupsupportcanvaryamongZ-WaveControllers.TheAXISM5065supportsZ-WaveAssociationGroup1.
Group1commands:
•IfthedevicealreadyisapartofaZ-Wavenetworkwhenpoweredup,thedevicewillsendaNoticationReportto
thenodeinGroup1.
•Whensettingupthedeviceorchangingthedevice’sstatus,thedevicewillsendaBinarySwitchReporttothenodeof
Group1.WhenthedeviceisturnedOFF,theSwitchBinaryReportValue=0x00.WhenthedeviceisturnedON,the
SwitchBinaryReportValue=0xFF.
•DeviceReset:WhenperformingFactoryReset,thedevicewillsendDeviceResetLocallyNoticationtothenodeofGroup1.
Group2commands:
•Whenthebuttononthedeviceispressed,thedevicewillsendaBasicSetcommandtothenodesofGroup2.Whenthe
deviceisOFF,BasicSetValue=0x00.WhentheunitisON,BasicSetValue=0xFF
