  If the Baccara Controller valve isn't opening or closing, there are several potential reasons. First, check that the correct valve number is selected. If the valve number is correct, the solenoid might be faulty and need replacement. Also, ensure there is control pressure by cleaning the control tubes' filter. Finally, the flushing valve itself could be faulty, requiring service or replacement.

  If the Baccara Controller isn't performing flushing, either automatically or manually, several factors could be at play. Ensure the water supply or pump is active. A depleted battery can also cause this issue, so try replacing it. Incorrect DP settings that are too high can prevent flushing; lower the DP setting to match the valve, water quality, and dirt load. Finally, a lack of control pressure might be the cause; in this case, clean the control tubes filter.

  If the Baccara Controller is constantly backwashing, it could be due to incorrect DP settings that are too low; try setting the DP to 0.5 bar. Another possibility is that the sensor hasn't been zeroed. To resolve this, disconnect the upstream and downstream tubes and perform ‘Zero offset’ from the advanced settings screen.

  If the Baccara Controller valves are opening when they should be closing (and vice versa), the solenoid valves may have reverse polarity. Try reversing the solenoids connections polarity.
