3.2 Calibration Fixtures
A gas and pressure fixture will be required to perform the various calibration
procedures described in the sections that follow.
Parts Required:
• Calibration Kit (refer to Section 6.2)
• Calibration Gas (refer to Section 6.2)
• Bellows
• Micro manometer
Procedure:
Assemble the appropriate fixture as required by the calibration procedure
being performed. See Figure 3-1.
