Engine Oil
Engine Oil Level Checking :
Check engine oil level every day. Park
vehicle on level surface on center stand.
Check oil level through oil level gauge ‘B’.
Always maintain engine oil level between
upper (C) and lower (D) mark provided on
Cover RH. Top up with specified grade of
oil if the oil level is below lower level mark.
Recommended Engine Oil:
Always insist on Bajaj Genuine Engine Oil
for optimum engine performance and
warranty benefits. It is a specially
formulated oil for vehicles with DTS-i
engines.

Engine oil replacement frequency : 1 service &
then every 10,000 Km.
Engine oil level top-up frequency : Every 5000 km.
CAUTION :
It is most important to adhere to
recommended grade & frequency of oil
change for the purpose of long life of
critical engine components. For details
refer periodic maintenance chart.
Do not reuse drained oil.
