III LIFTING AND PLACEMENT OF THE BDINQ400
Step 1: Ensure that all four lifting hoist rings are properly attached to the top of the cabinet.
Step 2: The cabinet’s net weight is 390 lbs [177 kg] with the center of gravity located to the
right of center. Use a spreader beam that has adjustability for unbalanced loads.
Step 3: Attach lifting equipment to cabinet and lift up slightly to verify balance. Adjust as
needed to get more even balance.
Step 4: Position cabinet over table top of SA chassis and carefully lower in place. The
cabinet’s rear flange must fit between the slide plate warmer and shifter module cover.
Align cabinet mounting studs in rear with shifter module cover mounting holes then slide
cabinet back against shifter module cover. Next, align cabinet mounting holes in base with SA
chassis table top mounting holes.
