• Inserire la manovella e ruotarla in senso antiorario per
scaricare il carico sul lato lungo della cinghia.
• Controllare che con un carico di 15 kg la cinghia abbia
una freccia massima di 2,5 mm.

Prima di eseguire qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione,
togliere corrente ed inibire a chiunque l’uso dei comandi
dell’avvolgitore.
Dovendo sostituire la puleggia condotta procedere come
segue:

• Insert the handle and rotate it anti-clockwise in order to
take off the load on the long side of the belt.
• Make sure that with a 15 kg load the belt has a
maximum depression of 2.5 mm.

Before carrying out any kind of maintenance, cut the
electric supply and prevent anyone from using the furler
commands.
If you have to replace the main drive belt sheave you have
to proceed as follows:
• To gl ie re i l t ap po ( ') dell’emergenza
manuale.
• To gl ie r e il c o pe rc hi o (F) svitando le
viti di  ssaggio (A) con la chiave a
brugola n.3, oppure con la chiave
Torx®.
• To gl ie r e il g a lo pp i no (@) per
allentare e togliere la cinghia (%).
Utilizzare una chiave inglese ed
una chiave a brugola n.8.
• Take off the cap (%) from the
emergency clutch.
• Take off the protection cover (D)
by unscrewing the Allen screws
(+) with either an Allen key n.3, or
a Torx key.
• Take off the eccentric pin (') in
order to release and take off the
drive belt (#). Use a spanner and
an Allen key n. 8.
