0: None parity (default)
1: Odd parity

Flowcontrol:Flow Control
0: disable flowcontrol (default)
1: enable RTS and CTS
Configmode:Effective method
0: The configuration takes effect immediately but is not saved to flash
1: The configuration is saved to the flash and takes effect immediately
