Overview
• Inserting a T-nut inside the rugged frame
• Fixing the front frame to the bottom f rame
• Mo unting the projector to the rugged frame
• Fixing the lens clamp assembly to the projector lens
• Fixing the bottom frame
3.1 Inserting a T-nut inside the rugg ed frame
How to insert T-nut ins ide the frame assembly?
1. Position the T -nut in the same alignment as the frame slider slot
2. Insert the T-nut inside the frame slider slot. S ee arrow 1 image 3-1
3. Rotate the T-nut a long its axis (c lockwise 90°) inside the rugged frame slot
Note: M ake sure that T-nut is fixed properly ins ide the rug ged fram e s lot

Inserting the T-nut
1. Push the T -nut inside the frame slider slot
2. Rotate the T-nut to 90° clockwise
3.2 Fixing the front frame to the bottom frame
Necessary tools
Allen key 4.0 mm (hexagonal)
How to fix the front frame to t he bottom frame?
1. Put the front frame to the bottom frame
2. Use 2 frame brackets B361 840 ,4 s
crews B362189 and 4 T-nuts B362188 to fix the front frame to the bottom frame
