and have been assessed for risks according to standard UNI EN ISO 12100:2010; in particular they are in conformity with directive
2006/42/CE and subsequent modications and additions.
Since the design of this pump complies with the denition of a machine as contained in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the
pump bears the CE mark on its identication plate. However, it must be pointed out that because of its application and the purpose
for which it is supplied, which species that it be installed by the buyer (without motive power), Battioni Pagani® refuses any and
all responsibility if the instructions in this operation and maintenance manual are not followed.
This manual contains the Declaration of CE conformity and all the instructions required by users, and by the manufacturers of plant
systems, for using our products safely. As a result, the manual must always be kept near the rotary blades vacuum pump.
The descriptions and illustrations in this manual are purely indicative.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make any type of change to this manual at any time.

the failures and breakages have been caused by use that is unsuitable or heavier than that provided for by the vendor,
the Purchaser has failed to make the payments as agreed by contract.

Why is my battioni Pagani Water Pump overheating?
    • R
      rbeckerAug 18, 2025
Overheating in your battioni Pagani Water Pump can occur due to several reasons. It may be caused by excessive pressure, so try reducing the pressure. Another cause might be an excessive rate of revolutions; in that case, reduce the rate of revs. Also, check if the operating time is too long and reduce it if needed. Blades that are too long can also lead to overheating, so trim them to the correct size. Finally, a lack of lubrication could be the culprit; check the oil level in the tank, the oil pump operation, and the setting of the oil tap.

What to do if my battioni Pagani Water Pump has no suction or compression?
    • T
      timothyhillAug 21, 2025
If your battioni Pagani Water Pump lacks suction or compression, several factors could be responsible. First, ensure the handle is correctly positioned. Similarly, check the reversing gear to ensure it's properly positioned. Confirm that the rotary blades vacuum pump rotates in the correct direction. Also, disassemble the rotary blades vacuum pump, then clean and wash the blades, rotor, and body to address jammed or anomalously protruding blades. Finally, ensure proper airflow inside the valve, addressing any issues where a rubber ball closes the overflow valve.

What causes a battioni Pagani Water Pump P.T.O. not to rotate?
    • W
      William SmithAug 23, 2025
If the P.T.O. of your battioni Pagani Water Pump isn't rotating, it could be due to broken blades. Replace the blades and check if the rotor pin is bent. Another possible cause is a foreign body inside the rotary blades vacuum pump; if so, remove the foreign body.

Why is my battioni Pagani Water Pump beating against an external surface?
    • J
      Jay MataAug 26, 2025
If your battioni Pagani Water Pump is beating against an external surface, it could be due to a rate of revs that is too low; try increasing the rate of revs. Alternatively, the lubrication oil might be excessive, short, and/or not suitable, in which case you should clean the rotary blades pump and replace the oil.

Why is there no circulation of lubricating oil in my battioni Pagani Water Pump?
    • N
      Nathan RussoAug 27, 2025
If there's no circulation of lubricating oil in your battioni Pagani Water Pump (for versions with automatic lubrication), it could be due to air intake at the pipe fittings; in this case, replace the pipe fittings. It's also possible that the lubrication tube is badly inserted in the pipe fittings; make sure to insert the lubrication tube correctly. Another cause could be air in the oil pump chamber; if so, fill the pump chamber with oil.
