Fault code Inquiry mode
Under the normal operation mode to set temperature on remote controller: 16°C;
then press the “-”key 10 times continuously within 8 seconds, the buzzer will long
beep four tones to enter fault code inquiry mode.
If there is no error, the indoor digital display will show “CC”; if there has fault, the indoor
digital display will show error code. Such as the indoor digital display displays“1”, it means
the module protection fault.
Compressor start failure or running out of step fault
Compressor exhaust temperature sensor failure
Condenser temperature sensor failure
Outdoor ambient temperature sensor failure
Communication failure between indoor and outdoor
Communication failure between main control board and driver board
Outdoor fan motor failure
Indoor ambient temperature sensor failure
Indoor coil temperature sensor failure
Other fault or protection displayed by tooling
Compressor casing temp. sensor failure or refrigerant leak
Suction temp. sensor failure
Compressor overpower protection
Compressor exhaust temperature protection
Overload protection in cooling mode
Outlet high temperature protection in heating mode
Anti-freezing protection in cooling mode
Compressor casing temperature protection
Over voltage or low voltage protection
N.B
Fault code Inquiry mode is available only for wall type multisplit indoor units. It could not be
applied to other IDU kind (duct, cassette, floor/ceiling).
